Intercultural Training
All courses are designed in close cooperation with the client and at the same time include what I call the Basics of Culture- What is it?
- How is it measured?
- How can we recognize it, in systems, in ourselves and in others?
- Stereotypes vs. generalizations
- What are the elements of cross-cultural competence and how can they be developed?
Coming myself from a culture with low Uncertainty Avoidance and low Power Distance, I believe in an empirical approach to learning. Theory is not accepted blindly but is experimented with and put to the test. Participants are encouraged to feel as well as know and are supported in acting competently as well as understanding.

Students meet weekly for class and support each other online between class sessions.Austrian Ministry of Education, Science, and Culture (in cooperation with team consult wien) – Cross-Cultural Management module and thread for the “neues lernen wirtschaft” blended learning program – Because of the topicality of cross-cultural management in today’s business world it was decided to not only include a five-week online component on this subject in this year-long course but also to use the cross-cultural theme as a thread that tied the other elements of the program—strategy, leadership, and teamwork—together.
