Coaching for more effective work in intercultural settings

Individual coaching

My individual coaching work focuses on people who are moving into new, more international professional responsibilities. It is firmly based on the 10 competencies of The International Profiler (TIP).

Team coaching

My team coaching is centered around the use of the Cultural Perspectives Questionnaire (CPQ) and the Mapping, Bridging, Integrating (MBI) model developed by DiStefano and Maznevski. It focuses on improving communication and cooperation in diverse teams so that teams can use their differences to create synergy in the form of more creative and adaptable solutions.
